Return Policy

We cannot refund or exchange goods for change of mind or errors you made in
your order. We may, at our sole discretion, allow a return for store credit or
exchange product on a case-by-case basis, provided that the item in question
is:
• returned within 28 days of order;
• not used or worn (with original tags and/or packaging);
• in a resalable condition; and
• not damaged in any way.

3. We cannot accept change of mind returns on items that come in sealed
packages or boxes where seals are damaged or broken.
4. If we allow a return in these circumstances, we will ask you to follow our
returns process.
5. We may provide you with a product exchange or store credit only when we
receive the returned product. You are responsible for payment of return postage
on your order. Change of mind returns are not accepted on makeup and skincare
products for hygiene reasons. Remedies for defective goods are still available.
If you believe an item to be defective, we will request photos for review. If
the item is to be deemed defective it will be a decision made by our review
team after careful consideration. Under no circumstances can we accept change
of mind returns if your order has not yet been dispatched from our
warehouse. If a refund is granted a 10% processing fee applies.
Returns process:
In the first instance please email us at [email protected] with your
order number including the reason for your return and any photos you may wish
to provide. A staff member will reply to you within 48 hours (business hours)
SHIPPING
We can ship to any address in the US. We use USPS/UPS for our shipping
provider. All orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours on the next business
day. Standard shipping is 3-7 business days, we provide the option for Express
shipping for an extra $10. Delivery is estimated between 1-5 business days
after your order has been dispatched.
Orders over $100 receive Free standard shipping or $10 for Express.
